      Pros

      - if you have zero experience then you have a shot to get hired. - lots of young people who are friendly.

      Cons

      - because they hire almost exclusively people who have zero experience, pay isn't all that great. - the friendliness doesn't hide the fact that everyone who isn't upper management hates being there. - turnover is pretty bad. - the shine of the company wears off fairly quickly.

      Pros

      -The atmosphere is great! Team Velocity has a modern work environment with an open floor plan to promote team collaboration. - I am a mother of two and they are very flexible with home and work life. - I enjoy working with my team and we support each other. - Upper management has and open door policy and very welcoming.

      Cons

      -This is a smaller company currently and growth in positions is not always available.

      Pros

      In most cases, we spend more time with the folks we work with than our own family members. That said, when I come to work every day I know I am surrounded by not only dedicated and caring co-workers but a team of friends that feel like my work family. Not only is Team Velocity Marketing a great place to work and grow your career but I guarantee you will make a few friends along the way as well.

      Cons

      The only "con" I can think of is we are running out of space for desks due to our growth!!!
