Pros

Great training, lots of schedule flexibility, no micromanaging. The metrics are high but very reachable, bonus is reachable if you work for it. Management and trainers are always helpful and available.

Cons

Great place to start for experience but with the low pay and lack of career path goals, there is not much longevity if you want to get even close to average pay in the field. This is honestly my only con.

I liked that it was remote and got paid holidays, including the Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve.

Cons

Point System was ridiculous. I get getting a point if something was in your control. But if something wasn’t in your control, that was stupid.
