      Metrics- driven, don't believe otherwise

      Pros

      They have more contracts than just about any other group out there, so at some point you'll have to work for them if you're in emergency medicine or hospitalist medicine. This is not a pro. I can't think of any pros other than they are a job.

      Cons

      Where can I even begin. During the worst of the pandemic multiple APCs were let go. Others were given half our normal hours. No pay raises in eight years of working for them. Minimal staffing. I finally left full-time employment with them.

      Great culture, benefits and stability

      Pros

      The company is big, stable and continues to grow. Overall, has a great culture, including a good amount of diversity and really competent, smart people working in the right positions to facilitate success. Good benefits and pay as well. Lots of opportunity to grow within the company if you are someone who is involved and ambitious.

      Cons

      Communication across the company can be difficult due to the size, scale and complexity of the business.

      Flexible schedules and options for different locations.

      Cons

      Used to have some stability, but lots of turnover in the last year. Sad that doctors aren't paid market rate.
