      Pros

      TeamHealth is a growing company that has provided capable and hard working employees with stability and opportunities for career growth. The company is a market leader with business all over the USA. The company continues to grow, even in a changing national healthcare landscape.

      Cons

      Some cons include comparatively expensive health insurance, and zero tuition reimbursement for administrative employees. The company does little to provide training and development classes for non-clinical staff.

      Great colleagues and a solid company with many resources at your disposal to better train and be aware of the evolving state of medicine. Helpful with burnout and being mindful to the health of their employees

      Cons

      Lack of benefits: PTO, CME, and an overall lack of incentives when compared to competition in the area. No reimbursement for professional licensing or associated fees
