      Pros

      Since I have been here, the company has done a great job of valuing its employees and to me that goes a long way. Everyone is friendly and respectful and I enjoy the space between myself and other employees as we have our own little corners where we are not on top of each other or forced to be in each others space on a daily.

      Cons

      I think the higher ups in the company should take the time to come out and meet those that work under them sometimes. This way every has a chance to meet. Faces with names are a great way to feel connected. Also, it would be nice if they provided at least 1 company shirt to each employee, to maybe wear on fridays.

      Pros

      Pay is decent. Most people are nice to work with. Very low stress position at my site almost boring.

      Cons

      Very little communication outside the office with anyone. The micromanaging can seem overwhelming until they learn to trust that you can do the job they hired you for.

      Large Public company that is high on integrity. Managed by very intelligent individuals

      Cons

      Workload very high, compromising work/life balance. Matrix reporting sometimes makes organization dysfuntional. Systems need better integration
