      Flexible schedule, good people

      Pros

      I loved the flexible schedule. The EMR is really helpful. Other providers were good people. I felt appreciated. Pay structure was fair.

      Cons

      Long term care can be depressing. Burnout is a real possibility when all your patients need so much emotionally and physically.

      Great regular, non management, people Descent insurance and benefits Employee gym Nice break room / self serve convenient store Computers updated and upgraded often

      Cons

      Management Lack of communication Low end salaries Very old school company policies Most departments don't have uniformity in certain key processes

      Poor morale, company doesn't care about you at all, poor management decisions, only focused on money, kicks employees when they are down
