Pros
The organization has overall been very supportive of me personally and is significantly increasing their support for behavioral health providers across the company. Generally, the people I have worked with have been excellent, particularly my supervisors and managers. The schedule is flexible.
Cons
Though achievable, the workload/productivity expectations require a high time commitment.
