I have worked with TeamHealth for nine years and the thing that I absolutely value the most is the ability to influence leadership at the highest level. They have a genuine concern for the doctors and APCs caring for patients and the company is led and managed with physician input at every level. There has never been an issue that I had that was not able to be influenced to the better. I feel valued and have felt that way at every level of my employment from staff physician to executive leader.
