      Large Company, Current Manager

      Cons

      Disorganized, They make you use vacation days for sick time unless greater than 4 days in a row, Bonuses are never on time, Planning is poor, If they say they are going to do something, don't count on it to be done by the deadline

      Pros

      TH has competitive pay and benefits with flexible work schedule.

      Cons

      Corporate view of IT is "out of sight out of mind". IT employees operates totally out of fear. All due for settling for an unqualified CIO,. Standard discriminatory firing practices by him has all fearful. He has about 60% firing of minorities and senior personnel. HR dept. consistently protects management and not the employee. Corporate is either ignoring or supporting this behavior. The number of firings and turnover within IT is all time high.

      Pros

      Great place to work, friendly people, and they make you feel like you are part of the team. They make you feel appreciated.

      Cons

      The work can seem overwhelming to some, it doesn't bother me though. I like it. During payroll you will have to work long hours.
