      Great Company for Physicians

      Pros

      Company has been around for 40+ years, they continue to grow and evolve as the field of medicine changes. Leadership development for physicians is fantastic and continues to evolve. They understand that physicians need support in various areas in order to be able to enjoy practicing.

      Cons

      More women need to be in leadership positions, but they are aware of this and actively working on it.

      Pros

      Attention to providers, physician led organization with a well established leadership group and tiers of leadership to assist with your program. Yearly director conferences where you have an opportunity to learn from other programs. Very strong on patient care being the primary goal.

      Cons

      Because it is so large, often the people you work with in roles are changing quickly and moving up. It can be difficult to figure out who to contact.
