      Pros

      Can set your own schedule and can make changes even after it is set and make up time if needed within the same work week. Attainable production and quality incentive paid on a quarterly basis!

      Cons

      If you don't want to work, this is not the place for you. The pay could be better, but where else do you get to set your own hours?

      Pros

      Fantastic Finance supervisor. Very knowledgable about the business and is willing to share his experiences, so he can grow his staff professionally. He listens to what you are saying and is interested in your opinion. He is supportive in business decision-making, and is decisive. One of the best bosses I've ever had.

      Cons

      Processes and procedures often need updating. There seems to be a reluctance-to-change mindset in some departments. In order to attract the best talent, we need to "leave those people at the train station," if they haven't bought a ticket. You can choose to take this as a negative, or embrace it as low hanging fruit. If you are bright and eager to dive in to drive positive change, this is a great opportunity. Upper management sees the drivers of positive change and recognizes them.
