      Organizational Changes with an Eye for the Future

      Pros

      Great company to work for - the past 18 months has seen a good amount of organizational change with the company going back to being a private company (with Blackstone) to leadership changes. While some might view this as a con, it is much more of a pro to ensure that the company continues to develop a strategy to best allow it to continue it's history of success. Another pro is that TeamHealth has opportunities across the country.

      Cons

      While a pro for some, a great deal of organization change can bring angst and uncertainty to many who are not as adept in dealing with change. Communication at all levels could be enhanced at all times particularly during times of organizational change.

      Pros

      TeamHealth is a great place to work. Leadership is personable and supportive. In addition, leadership recognizes the importance of work life balance. Employee engagement is a top priority with TeamHealth.

      Cons

      Some processes are out dated and we could benefit from technological advancements in those areas. Despite that it is still an amazing company to work for.
