      Pros

      The majority of other employees are friendly and helpful. They have several locations and do solicit internally for employees to apply to job openings. The PTO available is slightly above average.

      Cons

      The health insurance is obscenely expensive for the size of the company. Also, the company has lost a large portion of female upper leadership this past year (no longer any female leadership over VP).

      Competitive compensation for traveling EM physicians. Good support staff. Accommodating to one's needs including with scheduling.

      Cons

      No retirement plan match; apparently non traveler rates not as competetive

      Pros

      Very easy comfortable setting. I was interviewed by the VP and Director of Operations. I can't remember to much but they did ask the basic questions like strength - weaknesses and why I wanted the job

      Cons

      Somewhat hard to advance. Over all it has been a great place to work. I have no complaints. I just wish there was more room to grow.
