      Pros

      Collegial atmosphere and entrepreneurial spirit. Always lots going on and initiatives to conquer. Unfortunately the headquarters is in Knoxville (blah), but the team makes up for it.

      Cons

      Aggressive growth tends to exceed the current physical and technical resources. Seems like we're always playing catch up on those points.

      Team Health is the best company I have worked for. They understand your needs. And treat you as a person not as a number.

      Cons

      I have not found anything that I don't like working at Team Health.

      Pros

      Pretty well run. Provides generally good quality service and fairly good compensation.

      Cons

      No job security. No benefits As with all the contract ED companies, gaining and keeping contracts and protecting the 'middleman' position is a much higher priority than holding hospitals accountable or fairness to any individual doctor. You WILL be tossed under the bus if it serves the political objectives if the company protecting the contract.
