Pros

There are no pros to working for this company. I wish that I never worked for them

Cons

Pros

Flexibility no clocking in and out just see your patients and be available to the nursing homes

Cons

Retaliation, dishonest about pay and PTO. Locked out of my office and forbidden to get personal items because I submitted a 90 day notice and still did my job.Sad. I’m much happier with my new opportunity. I guess they were upset that they were still stuck there being employees.

Pros

You can make your own hours.

Cons

They have changed compensation plans for clinicians 3 times in 3 years. The latest plan taking effect in September benefits corp but not the clinicians in the field. The latest plan starting next month is a "fee-for -service" hybrid compensation plan that is now guaranteeing clinicians 80% of their previous salary with the possibility to make their previous base salary plus bonus. We are currently on a comp plan that looks at RVUs. Now they are looking at patient encounters. Going forward you have to see more encounters to cover the base PLUS the PTO we are now costing the company every 2 weeks. Based on this formula if we were getting a bonus after 15 patients per day, with the current plan clinicians will need to see approximately 20 patients per day.
