      Forward thinking company with real world incentives like flex time!

      Pros

      Great opportunities for advancement. TH really invests in its employees. On-site fitness facility, group exercise classes, training for managers quarterly at my location, flex time for hourly productive employees.

      Cons

      Big expectations, but well compensated for meeting goals and objectives.

      Pros

      Fast paced, challenging environment. Growth creates issues, but those are good problems to have. Relentless in terms of excellence, client satisfaction, and process. Very focused on metrics. If you like being told exactly what to do, this is not the place for you...lots of smart people that connect to a big picture purpose, and have the freedom to figure out the details on their own.

      Cons

      While compensation is good, benefits are a little light.
