Pros
I'm at corporate. Leadership is intelligent and truly leads their employees by example. Willing to share their knowledge and time to help everyone learn. Diversity is great, we have all shapes, colors, and orientation. Hours are steady but work load is large. Continuously growing, constant room for growth. Work life balance is strongly encouraged.
Cons
Everyone receives the same raise, regardless of how much or how little you work. Health insurance is ridiculously expensive and vision insurance is almost worthless. For a company this size, that specializes in health insurance, benefits should be better.
