      -Co-workers are super helpful in learning my new position and making me feel welcome. -HR is always available to answer questions and concerns. -Pay is very competitive and matches job requirements/skills -Have monthly check-ins with supervisor to give feedback, raise up fellow co-workers, and request changes that will help you do your job.
