      Pros

      Interesting work with some nice coworkers & some good managers who made every effort to make this a decent place to work in spite of the tone at the top.

      Cons

      SVP was abusive as heck! Showed a lot of favoritism to some while singling out others to berate and humiliate every chance she got. The standards of accountability were tailored to how much she liked or disliked you . Those quick to bully others were praised and rewarded which drove very poor behavior and created a toxic culture. It was common to work nights and weekends with no work life balance and the pay was very low.

      Quite a challenge with support only for Executive Management

      Pros

      Large company with general stability. Your co-workers are generally very supportive at the Director and below level.

      Cons

      The systems are exceptionally antiquated. The Exec Staff are allowed to belittle anyone they choose without repercussion. They underpay all staff physicians and admin alike. You will be over worked. You will be underpaid as they try to set a nationwide standard. They are Not at all interested in progressive streamlining.

      Very low pay for the amount of time you end up working. Very labor intensive, sketchy job.
