      - Chill boss and management - Great learning experience for first time helpdesk experience - Get to learn a variety of tools and technologies - Lewie is great! Very understanding and nice boss

      Cons

      - Minimal opportunities for guided learning, need to truly be a self-starter - Lack of formal training, kind of a self-guided self-paced training on your own time, also get thrown into the hellfire of an on-site job - Need to be a fast learner
