Its a job. Expect MSP pay (lower) lots of work, unreasonable deadlines. It's just a job. Not a very good one, just a job.

Micromanagement Overload you with work Toxic environment where none of the higher level techs are willing to help and belittle you. Within the past 2 months 7 people have left the company and they try and hide it.
