The people I worked with were hard working and knowledgable.

Cons

Management is more interested in quick, questionable fixes and closing tickets rather than actually helping customers. Management will also do everything they can to screw employees. The office is a mess. It looks and feels like squatting in an abandoned building.

TeamLogic IT has over 150 locations. It would have been helpful to know which location this individual is referring to. Assuming this is a legitimate review, we would have known the appropriate manager to speak with. We pride ourselves in our relationship our employees. Our Team is TeamLogic IT's most important asset. We make fans of our clients by providing exceptional service and value.

Pros

Casual atmosphere. Flexible work hours. Lots of good clients to work with.

Cons

Management doesn't support training, overschedules projects and focuses almost exclusively on sales to the detriment of supporting existing client infrastructure well. Job responsibilities are not well defined, and the dynamics between management and technical workers breaks down quickly as soon as any mistakes are made. Priorities are constantly being changed, and while they give lots of lip service to improving processes, no support is given to those initiatives.

Great diversity in supported technology. Strong team culture and great ethics at all levels.

Cons

Being a franchise, each location is a different owner so "your mileage may vary" depending on the location and owner you wold be working under.
