Pros

So far, this has all been an enjoyable learning experience. We get to dive deeper into technology that isn't normally used on a day to day basis. We're challenged on a daily basis as individuals and as a group

Cons

The power in the building goes out occasionally when there is bad weather which makes working remotely difficult but it's never for more than a couple of minutes each time.
