The culture and commarade is unlike many organizations. Ownership and management genuinely care about their staff and clients. Great opportunities to learn new skills and not become stagnant in pursuing career goals. Employee ideas are not only encouraged, but implemented. Personality is as important as technical skills for staff members.

Cons

Clients can sometimes be difficult, but that happens with any service business and is not a reflection of the management.

TeamLogic IT in Newtown, Pennsylvania is a great place to work. The owners and management team promote a caring environment to both clients and staff. Staff are encouraged to share ideas, knowledge and improve the quality of service delivered to our clients. We truly make fans of our clients and each other.
