As stated above, the entire team is valued highly as a resource and not just a cost center. All opinions are encouraged, listened to and considered, which is great for staying on the cutting edge. The management team is top notch! They are approachable and really care about furthering your knowledge and career goals. The owner of this franchise is personally invested in helping you reach your maximum potential and the directors are equally devoted to lifting you up. The team also promotes continued education, there is constant encouragement for learning a new technology or aspiring towards a new certification. The family that is Teamlogic IT Newtown has shown me a new standard of doing business that no former employer has ever lived up to.

Cons

Hawaiian shirt Fridays would be great bonus.
