This company has vision, wisdom and customers and employees are everything.

Cons

Something they go too far to make things right, even if it was not there fault, or had no control of things, companies need to understand, things just do happen and many times companies take the heat when things go wrong having nothing to do with the company itself. Ex. Products don't come in when they were suppose to. ect.

Severe communication breakdowns They don't pay for milage even though it's covered in the handbook New Owner is frmr corporate hatchetman No considerations for medical requests Dispatcher is not technical, not required to learn tech, and not good with following tech instructions

Cons

Very stressful and demanding work environment Employee respect and wellbeing is horrible No transparency No training on technologies as promised to develop technical skills Feedback is constantly requested from management but once you provide the feedback for growth they will deny it (in turn will implement your suggestions later on quietly without recognition)
