Great Team, Great Opportunity

Pros

Everyone I have met has been so supportive and flexible. The team is very reassuring and everyone I have met is incredibly willing to help navigate everything. I am someone who often struggles with asking questions and feels the need to figure things out on my own. The onboarding team has been great with allowing me to feel comfortable with the uncomfortable parts about starting a new job. They understand the amount of things to do can be overwhelming and do their best to provide you with multiple resources to help get you the answers you are looking for.

Cons

There are several platforms that require registration. It became a little overwhelming trying to keep track of them, which ones I had signed up for, which ones I was missing, and became difficult to determine if I had completed all of them.

Pros

Interview process was extremely professional. I was always kept in the loop of where my application stood through out the whole process. Onboarding was very detailed so there was no confusion on what I should be doing during my initial time with the company.
