Pros
- nice people - lots of downtime - easy work - easy entry level
Cons
- lots of downtime meaning the company isn’t really doing much and struggling - projects aren’t really challenging and not that fun - incompetent management with no clear direction - upper management, including CEO, are all Koreans who can’t speak English that professionally - again, no direction. This company pivots so much that they don’t even know what they’re doing - horrible salary (company doesn’t make much to pay people with fair salary) - terrible turnover rate - no diversity - no remote or hybrid opportunity - lack of communication
