Middle Management is horrible Understaffed - being replaced by outsourcing Pushing to have workers return to the office Pay is lower than competition

Nothing good going on here.

Cons

Under market value for the work being done. Merging with competitor and executives are jumping ship while working the sales force to the bone and can't understand why people are leaving so much.

When in office, lots of free food. Management will act like they care about you if you show effort. Decent bonus opportunities

Pay nowhere near enough, Understaffed, Overwork is common, management not skilled in managing people.
