Pros
Good people. Things are changing for the better under the new CEO Rich Hume but the company and culture has a long ways to go.
Cons
This is the only company that I have ever worked at where they value revenue more than making margin. Positions are underpaid and employees are overworked, expect to have more accounts than you can handle with unrealistic expectations. The company uses archaic systems and processes, leadership has been resistant to change for too long even though turnover is extremely high. The turnover creates a lack of ability to maintain rapport and frustrates the partner base.
