Pros

You're going to gain tons of experience. If you are willing to go above and beyond your actions will not go unnoticed. The company overall is very flexible in accommodating your needs. Very open-minded culture and can be a fun place to work when compared to most other desk jobs in a corp setting.

Cons

Long hours and never-ending workloads can be draining. Pay is not the best but this type of business is a low margin so overall I think the company tries to remain competitive.

Great culture, flexible, unlimited PTO, good growth opportunities, employee driven, supportive leadership, winning mentality, fast changing environment (could be a con depending on how you look at it)

Pros

Had great team members and management. The cafe had a great food and unlimited vacation and sick time along with benefits were not bad.

Cons

Increase work load/more responsible but pay was not increased. Sometimes there was a show of favoritism to certain employees so sometimes hard work and dedication was not given to everyone.
