Good Company, Poor Leadership

Pros

It's a 3PL. Simple. Product comes in, product goes on shelf, order comes in, product is pulled, product is packed, product is shipped. No big deal.

Cons

Senior management micro-managing makes front-line managers miserable.

Great place to learn how not to treat employees Great place to learn the distribution and logistics business Great place to start your career - but don't stay too long

Cons

Sr. Leadership doesn't the path of desctruction they are leaving behind. They take hourly employees for granted and use people to do their dirty work.
