Pros

Good benefits, really the only good thing this organization has going for it.

Cons

Won't spend money to fix broken things, outdated infrastructure, everyone is disorganized and takes a really long time to do their job. No communication between departments causing issues; i.e. IT making a change and killing entire departments software that's necessary to do their job.
