Pros

Good company to gain experience to move to a manufacturer to earn a higher salary. Good sales training for entry level sales. Great place to start but stress level and salary is where Tech Data loses really good employees.

Cons

Distribution is a low margin business so it's a challenging environment. Difficult to make needed improvements in capabilities. Risk averse to detriment.
