Pros
its a software distribution company. Work life balance is decent depending on team you are in. Mine is great because manager is supportive. All benifits you can expect in an MNC your public speaking improves and you make good connects. Leadership is super approachable and they can be connected with and they do listening to your concerns
Cons
job security depends on product you are in People can be layed off depending entirely on how product is doing Development work is very less for an SC so you can lose hands on until you are learning Some sort of favouritism is there some people are sitting doing nothing but since good with Upper management no worries for them
