Pros

Costa Rica office, nice offices, some good coworkers.

Cons

Not much to look for in terms of promotion if you are not a part of the inner circle. Lots of work for the pay. Most of it training that take your after hour time. The upper management has its own circle to care for and pretend to care for everyone.
