I’m no longer there, thankfully.

Cons

Management is running this place into the ground, reactive rather than proactive , makes decisions based on their moods rather than considering all aspects. They keep changing requirements to keep people in their positions instead of training and promoting, shuffling of lower management positions every quarter. High rate of turn over. Chaos and unorganized , no support, and unsustainable.

The team I work with every day cares about me as a person and my leader recognizes the work that I do . (rarity these days in companies)

Cons

The buildings are old that we work in but I get the chance to work from home 3 days a week so it's not so bad.
