Pros

Tech Electronic really cares about their employees. I am challenged in my current position and pushed to be a better employee and leader every day. I am learning valuable information that I can take with me in my career. I have been given many opportunities to prove myself that most companies wouldn't of given me with my years of experience in my field. I feel so proud and lucky to be a Tech employee. I plan on retiring at this company. This truly is an unique company.

Pros

Tech Electronics is open to new ideas and changes. It has been around for over 50 years and always had good leaders.

Cons

Lately it has promoted lots of employees to supervisory / managerial positions. Promoted employees need more training.
