Management is awesome, and the culture seems good as long as you don't want to work in the engineering side

Pros

Wonderful people to work for/with. Management is generally approachable and colleagues quickly become like family.

Cons

Changes and transitions are often poorly planned and under-communicated. Decision makers don't always consult with subject matter experts before implementing changes. This results in a lot of time being spent cleaning up messes that could have been avoided.
