Engineering team does not listen to anyone but themselves and is aggressively "It's your fault, not the equipment's." Instructions are written poorly a good portion of the time, and are often written in such a way that you have to scour the entire document to find the information you need to do your job. You will be made to feel stupid at times, because you didn't do something that wasn't explained to you. Management team is only interested in finding every little flaw with your work, even if it doesn't actually affect the quality of the job. Even if you don't do something wrong, you still did something wrong. Pay is definitely not there.
