      Pros

      This is a good company with some good people. They fabricate interesting pieces for interesting customers. Good culture here. The company is structured nicely for its employees (employee owned).

      Cons

      It's not the greatest in terms of working conditions. You will be exposed to unsafe chemicals, dangerously sharp sheet metal, potential chlorine leaks, and so on. That being said, just take safety training and protective wear very seriously... Oh, and read the MSDS's, of course!!!

      not bad if you can tolerate mental abuse

      steady pay, health benefits, employee owned

      Cons

      low wages, tiny bonuses, poor management, hr team does not care about employees, CEO is a used car salesman that tells you what you want to hear while not making good on any promises and deflecting when asked hard questions as to his failure to do well by the company. lots of hypocrisy.
