Pros

Work as many hours as you want, tuition reimbursement. Great training.

Cons

Must work every other Saturday. Impossible campaigns sometimes. Micromanaged.

It's easy to get hired. They're struggling to find people who want to work there and will hire any Joe off the street

Cons

Upper management is minimally helpful. Their thoughts on training are nonexistent. The equipment is older than most of the employees and at times, randomly put together

They value and reward your ambition, they encourage feedback, and allow you to work on projects that stretch you.

Cons

Lack of communication from management, competitive attitude among coworkers, petty management, lack of credit where due sometimes. I had 3 years of solid experience and they gave me entry level salary.
