      Pros

      1. Hybrid - 12days in month or 3 days in week(Mandatory) 2. AWT - In case of medical emergency if your insurance exhausted. 3. In house trekking & outing (Have to pay) 4. Canteen 5. In case of Maternity WFH 6 month policy 6. vp 10% of gross but it will release monthly. (60% standared+40% if you are billable resources)

      Cons

      1. No special project or tech 2. Don't talk about the appraisal and hike after year and year 3. Very slow management 4. Salary deduction on vp 20% to 40% (it can be sometime in month or quarterly not regularly if you lackey ) 5. Generally hike can expect in every 2+ years, 5% to 10%(depend on rating), without arrears. 6. Lac of recognition 7. Non technical management managing the technical team 8. you will get the timeline for goal setting & submission & discussion but no timeline for execution. 9. Focused on infra expansion and making promotors happy.
