Cons
Company will give you work and pay, but rest assured the cut they are taking is absurd. And if you ever need help with anything HR related... good luck. The HR team for USA is uninterested in anything you need, they already make their cut so it's of no concern to them after your first 3 months have completed. If the client ever asks you to travel and you need reimbursement, good luck, they'll turn you around in circles for months before settling on a base amount and they'll quote some company policy.
