1- pay on time 2- there's an opportunity to develop your skills [ not too much].

Cons

1- no matter how good you are, you won't get any bonus. 2- company come first. 3- Advancement and recognition sometimes appear to be influenced more by personal relationships than by performance and effort. 4- if you have another offer, please recognize this company.
