Pros

Not even a single pros I had seen in my entire one year.

Cons

Worst management style I have ever seen in my entire life. Management do not value there employees a lot, even better they give a dam about you even if you leave the job. They will always threaten you by saying that there is a chance that you might get fired this month. Will always keep on lying for appraisals and salary raise. They will give you the salary raise, new offer letter not only ones but like 3 4 times and then will revoke it, without any reason. When you send your resignation to your boss, he will be least interested in coming and talking to you about your resignation. They have the lowest salary range in the market and they think they are paying the correct amount.

Oh gotta look for that.. Give me 10 yrs to to some research on it.. Ugh!

Cons

Horrible leadership. Abdolutely NO support for employees.. They don't even support paying for external certifications that its employees may do.. Wow! Full of ugly politics.. Leadership have been in the company for long.. If you look at their credentials you'd be surprised..!
