      Good starting point, downhill from there

      Pros

      Started as a fresher and was lucky to get an excellent group, seniors and support staff. Was promoted quickly, encouraged and supported early in my career.

      Cons

      A lot of things have changed in the last 3 years, HR policies have become very harsh, salaries and appraisal cycles are very disappointing and overall the company seems to be losing good people.

      It was a full time position good salary and benefits

      Cons

      While I was promised by Tech Mahindra as a full time employee after I was assigned to a project at Client location for two months. Which they never mention about a two month contract with the Client so once my project ended they couldn't find any other project. They gave me two weeks notice if they don't find any project within two weeks then I had to leave the company if they don't find any other opportunities. I traveled 992.0 miles from my home town to join the project at the client location which I didn't get any relocation reimbursement for any of my expenses, very terrible place to work!!!
