      Pros

      If you are in middle or senior level management and 'know' key people then might get twice a year hike and promotions. Very fast growing organisation Big Brand Plenty of extra curricular activities--in fact so much that you would get bored of those

      Cons

      Quality of work is not good. Not many growth and learning opportunities HR and management policies are not for employee satisfaction.
