Business Outlook
Pros
1) Good projects with good technologies to work upon. 2) Friendly & supportive PMs and SPMs. 3) Good team culture. 4) Good onsite chances if your are lucky to land in good projects.
Cons
1) HR Processes need to be more employee friendly. There is no need of excessive stress on daily formals, black shoes daily even in rainy season. This is difficult for an employee in rainy season in particular. But, the HRs expect an employee to keep 2-3 pairs of black shoes. (!!)
