      Working in Tech Mahindra can be a boon or a bane depending upon which project you are allocated to.

      Pros

      Onsite oppotunity (esp. for freshers after completing bond period) Reasonable hike for lateral joinees. If lucky enough to be in good project, one can have a tension free and enjoyable work life.

      Cons

      Poor compensation to freshers when compared in the industry. Some projects have very less work while some are excessively overloaded. One can feel regional preferences taking priority over performance during salary hikes/promotions. Bad financial state of the company( after acquiring Satyam) Poor ESAT year on year.

      Very back quality of talent with the delivery organization Extremely weak middle management layer Poor pay masters Ad-hoc decision making

      a bad company in terms of pay. pay cuts are always there never get variable pay in time bad managements
